FOOTWEAR BRANDS WE CARRY
Red Wing Shoe Company is a business founded on purpose, and our unique heritage still shapes the way we do business today. Charles Beckman established Red Wing Shoes in 1905 to supply workers in industries likes mining, farming, and logging with durable, comfortable footwear.
Today, this legacy of purposeful-craftsmanship never leaves our mind, and sustains everything we do. When we introduce new products or consider new business initiatives, we apply what was developed so successfully with that first pair of Red Wing Shoes. Each becomes a natural extension of our purpose and a visible touch of the craftspeople behind each product.

In 1950, Red Wing introduced style 854, crafted with Red Russet leather which inspired the Irish Setter name. Irish Setter became the brand for generations by proving itself in the field and on the job site. Today, more than 110 years of Red Wing work boot experience, combined with the over 60-year legacy of Irish Setter outdoor footwear, results in purpose-built Irish Setter footwear for work and hunt.
At Carolina, our only goal is to provide working people with footwear that is 100% effective. We understand the differences in job requirements. So we design and build footwear to accommodate those differences, using industry-specific designs and sophisticated construction techniques to combine carefully chosen materials with state-of-the-art, patented technologies.
We are proud of our reputation for unmatched comfort, flawless performance and remarkable durability. But none of that means anything to you if your boots aren't right. So we also provide information that enables you to choose footwear intelligently, like the charts on our website and the well-trained salespeople in our Authorized Retailers. Carolina — built for your work.

For nearly a century, Danner has crafted boots with purpose and integrity - footwear to equip those who choose the unlikely path, those who cut fresh trails, those who pioneer. Charles Danner came west to build the best boots loggers had ever known, an effort that resulted in a long-standing heritage brand with a renegade spirit. A spirit that proudly lives on in each pair of Danner boots we make to this day.
Charles Danner felt the pull to the wild of the Pacific Northwest, drawn by the promise of opportunity in the rugged unknown. He came with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and a deep respect for the uncompromising landscape. From the gleaming alpine lakes and the plummeting river gorges, to the thick forests and the sweeping coastlines, Danner boots are of this place.
